Responsibilities

  • The Oracle Applications Technical Consultant will provide primary support for Oracle
    HCM module with in-depth focus on OTL.
  • The Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant will perform functional, technical and maintenance functions to include, but not be limited to the following:
  • Understand the Business requirements and convert them into technical requirements.
  • Ability to debug the system for certain behavior of the feature(s) and explain it to the Users Perform fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area in a business process to
    achieve specific goal(s).
  • Identify/modify standard/custom reports that are needed to produce Statutory,
    Management, Reconciliation reports and others.
  • Create ad hoc reports as per the requirements.
  • Create, test, and implement code changes and integrate them with existing programs as
    needed.
  • Provide timely and effective reporting on status of projects.

Skills/Experience

  • 8 + years of overall experience working as Oracle HCM Techno Functional consultant
    with experience in OTL.
  • Experience writing detailed technical/Conversion Design/Technical Installation
    documentation.
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Current knowledge of trends in IT and experience in the development of new
    technologies
  • Experience with organizational data requirements and complex business rules, translating
    them into detailed program specifications.
  • Experience with application systems development life cycle methodology.
  • Experience with testing concepts and techniques promoting applications to production.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 1 full-cycle implementation or upgrade experience of JDE
    EnterpriseOne is mandatory; 2-3 lifecycles preferred.
  • Proven experience in Requirements gathering / As-Is from legacy systems
    review and/or user interviews, gap identification and To-Be design,
    followed by detail configuration and testing cycles
  • Understands implementation/upgrade methodology and follows it well
  • Deep knowledge of E1 system configuration methods and standards.
  • Ability to translate and map business requirements into the EnterpriseOne
    9.x system
  • Develop functional specifications for new development and/or interfaces
  • Working with offshore development and functional teams
  • Leading the testing / CRP / iCRP / UAT cycles
  • Experience with any of the following related functionality in JDE will be an
    asset – Advance Pricing, Warehouse Mgmt, Transportation, RSS, Supplier
    Self Service.
  • Knowledge of User Productivity Kit (UPK), OneView Reporting (OVR) and E1
    Pages
  • Expertise in standard productivity tools – MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio,
    MS SharePoint, etc.
  • Industry experience in Distribution & Mfg. vertical pillars

Skills/Experience

  • JD Edwards 9.2 Supply chain / Distribution experience
  • Experience configuring and supporting Sales Order, Inventory, Advance Pricing modules
  • Experience with Implementations, Upgrades and Migrations of the JDE Supply chain modules.
  • Self-starter able to handle multiple concurrent implementations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience with JD Edwards Distribution module
  • Oracle | JD Edwards certification will be a plus
  • Business or consulting background is required
  • Flexible working style and consultant attitude
  • Travel – 20% predominantly within US. The rest 80% remote.

  • Collaborates with JDE EnterpriseOne analysts and development teams to design, develop,

  • In Depth knowledge of JDE Enterprise One Toolset: Forms Design Aide (FDA), Reports Design Aide (RDA), (NER/ C), Table Conversions, Business Functions, OMW,  Financial Reporting, BI Publisher, EnterpriseOne Pages, Object Librarian, Oneview Reporting, etc.
  • JDE Enterprise One Integration/API Tools: BSSV, Orchestrator/AIS, Real-Time Events (RTE)
  • Data Conversions and Migrations
  • SQL, SQL Plus, SQL Developer table design with Oracle Database
  • Experience in development and management of database objects, data structures, reports, and applications.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills required

  • Lead and execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud advisory engagements for
    healthcare clients including implementation support, process design, and project reviews 
  • Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing,
    training, and defining support procedures for Oracle Cloud implementation and/ or
    optimization activities for functions such as:
     Inventory
     Purchasing
     Requisitioning
     Vendor and Contract Management
     Strategic Sourcing
     Interactions with Accounts Payable and     Finance
  •  Develop and execute unit and system test plans
  • Drive cross team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring
  •  Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions
  • Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion,
    data retention, and integration
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development,
    and other pursuit activities, work with the appropriate resource from other service lines

Skills/Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP), Finance and SCM
    implementation experience required
  • Minimum one full lifecycle implementation with Oracle Cloud Finance or SCM
  • Oracle Cloud accreditation (certification) in Finance and SCM
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
  • Experience and understanding with of Oracle Cloud integration processes and best
    practices
  • Proficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
    experience with Visio and MS Project desirable
  • Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one to one
    settings and for group presentations
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
